Select other if you don't find related to your website

Select Reporting time zone

google analytics select time zone

Get Tracking ID

You will get Tracking ID

Copy this Tracking ID

Now

Open Google blogger

Login in

Click on setting

google blogger settings

Click on other

google blogger other

You see at last line :
Google Analytics : Analytics web property ID : Type here Analytics Tracking ID

Save setting
