How to start with MCQ Test Series?

Click on Blank or + icon

New page will open : Untitled Form

Write the Title name , its description , Question and option

There are following option on the right hand side.

·       Short answer
·       Paragraph
·       Multiple choice
·       Check box
·       Drop down
·       File upload
·       Linear scale
·       Multiple choice grid
·       Check box grid
·       Date
·       Time

Click on Multiple choice

How to add options?

• Click Option adds
• The options for Multiple choice questions are added by inserting ADD ‘OTHER’

Right hand bar vertical options

There are five options

·       You can add Questions by using + sign at right hand side or add by duplicate option.

·       Add title and description

·       Add image

·       Add image

·       Add section ( for example mathematical , general knowledge )

There are three options given at the right hand side

Customize theme

·       Add header image

·       Change theme colour

·       Change background colour

·       Change font style

Preview

·       The preview of your Test series is shown by clicking on Eye option of the right hand side near to customize theme and settings

·       Customize theme – Preview – Settings – Send

Setting bar ( Toothed circle )

There are three options

1. General

Click on Limit to 1 Response

Click on see summary chart and text responses

2. Presentation

Click on progress bar

Click on shuffle Question order if they are large number of student

3. Quizzes

Click on quizzes

Click on : Make this a Quiz

Click on : Release grade after submission

Respond can see : Click on all three options

Click on Save

How to set Correct Answer?

Click on Answer key and Set point ( Marks ) 1, 2 etc

When you click on Answer key : There is Choose correct answer dashboard is display.

Now choose correct answer, it will shown by green colour.

Finally to see Preview

Click on Preview to see its preview

MCQ Test series Sending option

Send MCQ Test Series to Students

Click on : SEND option

Email 

• Write email address of receiver
• Click on : Include form in email

Link option 

• You can copy link and sent it to students / address of receiver
• You can short link by clicking on Shorted URL
• Copy URL and send

HTML option 

• You can send via HTML code

Result Analysis

• When you send link to address of receiver , the receiver will answer the option and submit it.
• Click on View Score
• The receiver can see right and wrong answer.

Response

You can click on Response tab and view the response of all students

there are three option and check all of them

• Summary
• Question 
• Individual
