How to Change Default Font in Microsoft Excel?

There are some default setting in the Excel sheet such that font size, font format and number of Excel sheet to be open. ( Generally there are three sheets open )
  • If you want to work in the standard font format and font size, you have to set every time for each and every sheet. 
  • This will consume your lots to time. There is one solution to set default font size and font format in the excel.

Go to Office button







Click on Save as
Click on Excel options











Click on Popular
Now search the following word : When creating new workbooks










Use this font : Time New Roman
Font size : 12
Default view for new sheet : Normal
Includes this many sheets : 1 ( If you set 5 , then 5 sheets open )
Click OK.
